I'd just like to express my feelings today. I feel so bad, I'm very disappointed. Si Ivy ang nagsabi sa akin, I don't think that it's a hearsay, si Ivy mismo ang nakarinig. Sinabi 'raw' ni Bernadette na ang mga technical agents na natira ay latak lang. Meaning, yung mga na-elevate at na-promote ay yung mga tech agents na may sense and useful sa company. Masakit pakinggan. Bakit siya nag-generalize? I'm not saying that I'm a perfect techincal agent coz in the first place, it's not my will to be one of them, it's their choice. Sinabi rin ni Ivy na kaya nasabi ni Bernadette yon is because hindi maganda ang feedback ng mga new migration agents sa mga technical agents with regards to transferring calls. Grabe, I can't believe she said that. How about the other technical agents who are actually good like Ivy, Faith, Belle, Hope, Irene, Deng, Azenith, Sam and many more. Nilahat na n'ya. Kawawa naman yung iba. I don't consider myself as one of the best coz I know myself, I have no patience on troubleshooting IRD's most of the time. I'm just trying to do my job. I'm sure this item will be one of the hottest issues these days. Goodluck to her.
